My daughter left her doll for me after her marriage. Now she is like a grand-daughter to me. I’m very possessive about her. She is with me for more than 30 years. I can’t imagine life without her, I’m so attached to her. She is like a part of me.

Isn’t it so much fun to have parts of others’ lives for so long a time?
I live in my late grandmother’s home and a lot of her things are still here.
I am told I should get rid of it and de-mess the place, but I like having it around.
I will do it a little at a time, but I am never getting rid of all of it.
It feels too much like home this way.
