The men on the ladder started shouting ‘ Hay! Don’t do it, hang on, we are coming’
Disturbed by the sound the couple looked around, then it dawned on them what others were assuming.
Smilingly the man proposed ‘Will you marry me, sweetheart ?’
Woman accepted.
Having a very simple and dull life they were after some adventure.
A proposal to remember – and what a top-of-the-world feeling 🙂
For a moment, I thought the two men were the uncle and brother of the girl and opposed to the impending marriage – Kollywood style 🙂

I was thinking of that but it was too Bollywood (Hindi Film’. It amazes me how much knowledge you possess. It took me 7 days to think of even this. thanks for your comment.

I was actually thinking of Bollywood too – but was afraid of injuring any sensitivities of your readers.
I wonder if there are any Tamilians reading your posts – oh dear, I said Kollywood. My apologies

I’m reading other entries, and now thinking why did I post it. No need to be sorry, I like your comments . In fact we also make fun of our movies. But some are real good.

🙂 Plus the setting must be near a beach with a coconut tree – the tree is a must!
We run – in slooooooow motion – around the tree, sing and dance (with sharp jerks of the hips) and then roll in the water. All this while the uncle and brother are coming and coming and coming – they are only 50 metres away but arrive only after the 4 minute sequence is over 🙂
Of course the hair piece remains intact and in the very next scene our clothes are all dry 🙂
It is all your fault Somi 🙂 see, what you made me do so early in the morning 😆
Thank you, Sister Indira – for letting us use your blog for our nonsense 🙂

Such a simple solution.
The prompt somehow reminded of the scene from where Dharmendra climbs to the top of water tank …..

Sweet and romantic! Pity the poor reporter who lost a sensational story. But she probably likes this one better anyway.
