Daily Prompt: Progress

Daily Prompt: Progress

When you look back at your blog on January 2, 2015, what would you like to see?

Photographers, artists, poets: show us PROGRESS.

“Optimism is essential to achievement and it is also the

foundation of courage and true progress.”

 Nicholas Murray

I’m not satisfied with my progress though I’ve published nearly 500+ posts. I tried my hands at everything, short poems, Haiku, short stories, photography and sketching and painting.etc. There was quantity not quality.

Till now I have not been able to write anything without a prompt given by someone. There also I fail miserably if prompt is about describing about myself. I could not come up with anything interesting so did not publish it and it ends up in my pending drafts. I have to improve my grammar and vocabulary tremendously.

On Jan.2, 2015, when I look back I wish my blog depicts quality writing and photographs. I have a whole year to work for it. I’m seriously going to  work on some  stories on my own ( high hopes ?)and  polish my photography skills though I’ll continue taking part in all kinds of challenges, I love challenges.

Wish me luck Friends !

About Indira

I knew all along that life is about, love, compassion, compatibility and friendship, but now I have discovered that life is also about sharing thought, encouraging others and getting encouraged. So here I am with my blogs about life, friendship, love, and whatever life has taught me.

  2. Dear Indira,
May I please have your email address.I’d like to write about the course you wanted to know.
    Thank you,

  3. Good luck with your blogging this year Indira. 🙂

  4. I have another blog that I’ve been running for over two years. I had all these awesome plans for it. Unfortunately, I ran into the same thing. Quantity over quality. I wanted to write my own information and make them unique. I ended up with 60% non-original posts and my website/blog is kinda cruddy because of it (imho).

Here’s hoping that this coming year we’ll be able to get ourselves move into what our vision is for our respective blogs/websites!

(btw, like your layout, I’ve looked at this theme before but wasn’t sure how it would work fleshed out. I like it!)

  5. Best of luck to you! I hope you achieve your goals. Happy New Year to you and yours! 😀

  6. Thank you Indira.

I would love to hear from you
