Living under the constant threat of terrorism makes one skeptical of even small things.
When people saw this thing lying on the footpath, they started speculation from a safe distance. Everyone had his own idea about what it could be.
As soon as someone mentioned the bomb, everyone started to run. Someone called the bomb squad. Suddenly a man came cycling fast and picked it up. Tying it to the cycle carrier muttered, ‘Drop dare to drop again, I’m already late for work.’
Someone caught him. ‘You can’t leave before telling what this is?’
‘My mop, what else? ‘Said he.
