THE DAILY PROMPT – Voice Work

Posted on

THE DAILY PROMPT – Voice Work– Your blog is about to be recorded into an audiobook. If you could choose anyone — from your grandma to Samuel L. Jackson — to narrate your posts, who would it be?

Whenever my blog would be recorded into an audio book, my first and foremost choice to narrate my posts would be my life partner, Mr. Jyotirmoy Mukhopadhyay.

In my 45 years of marriage life I have watched hosting All India Ordnance Factories Meet at various stations wherever we were posted. He used to take part in various activities, hosting many events other than sports including running commentary of the shows.

His other activities include taking part in drama and other social functions on special occasions. He was always asked to be a narrator because of his wit, humour, voice modulation, in depth knowledge of the events and his perfect timing.

He was always keen be a commentator of various sports events especially cricket from his college days.

He was and still is much in demand for our all private functions and gatherings, picnics etc. Everyone would split in laughter with his caricature and witty, funny remarks.

I’m sure he will make my writing very interesting and enjoyable.

My Mom’s reply was My Dad. So agree with her choice. My Father Jyotirmoy Mukhopadhyay is a great orator.Over the years I have watched him make people laugh cry with him when he talks. Great Positive influence. He will do justice to the blog no doubt.
Both my parents are basically happy people, lovely to be around.. They are great, fight laugh share and spread happiness as much as possible. People love to share their stories with them, like to listen to what my father has to say about that.. Yup Good choice Ma.
