Love it, and oh so true, I feel for you, copping in the heat, but here in NZ, it is so cold, and I’m looking forward to summer. I’m a summer person I can take the heat, but winter, I find very hard to bare, I cannot get warm, only in my bed with an electric blanket, but I never sleep with it on, we have a heat pump, not an open fire, which I miss, after all the years on the farm with one. So much for that ramp, I should be thankful for what we have, a good home. Cheers. happy writing.

Thanks, dear. I have never suffered from that much cold. We look forward to winter for some respite from heat. Though it’s my own choice to live in a coastal area. No complaints. It was just for writing I wrote about summer to make a good contrast to cool breeze. Cheers, Happy writing. It is becoming an addiction.

10 months of summer? oh my! I have people here who think they would love that….maybe this summer of 88-102 F will change that.

Well, almost. Highest temp goes up to 44/45 but it’s humidity which makes it worse. December, January are most pleasent months.
