Reena’s Exploration Challenge #Week 50
Freedom is when you are not compelled to laugh or applaud the silly joke told by powerful or successful or…people or your boss.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
A Fortune Teller is sitting with his caged parrot, waiting for the people to come and know their fate.
Whenever someone comes he opens the door, parrot comes out, selects a card, gives it to him, and goes inside the cage.
Even if the door is open it never tries to fly away, what’s more, it closes itself.
Was it for food and security, or it has become habituated to living alone, loving the captivity.
Freedom is dangerous and risky perhaps all pets think. Bondage has its own comfort, security, and convenience once you become accustomed to it.
of caste, creed, and community
people never try to break away
as fortune tellers parrot
happy in their captivity
with food shelter, and security
never try to fly away

Your introductory sentence brought a smile. The need for freedom clashes with a need for sustenance. For me, financial coaching becomes a very important part of all mid-career coaching.
Thanks for joining in!
