Reena’s Exploration Challenge #64

rec-64-prompt

Reena has translated this poem in English, such a wonderful translation, better than the original.
English translation-
The heart is never where it should have been – inside the body, giving directions to reach the destination. But it seeks answers to all questions, wants to know secrets of Nature, and keeps wandering around for that – with zero results. The quest is similar to a dog chasing its own tail.
Everything is right here – hiding, showing, covering, rising and challenging – from the depths of the Self — Nurture me if you can. I’m here if you care enough to look.
I admit I was wrong.
The seekers found wisdom in depths of the ocean
I was my own enemy – to stay on the shore.
And now …
dawn looks for something new
dusk evaluates the day
the heart wanders ….
Do This or That
Why can’t you stay still
  • nomadic heart!
Have all, yet something’s not there
what is that which goes amiss?
O, fluctuating destiny!
Will my gypsy soul ….
find a destination?
my homecoming –
like that of an infant
returning to mother’s bosom

About Indira

I knew all along that life is about, love, compassion, compatibility and friendship, but now I have discovered that life is also about sharing the thoughts, encouraging others and getting encouraged. So here I am with my blogs about life, friendship, love, and whatever life has taught me.
