Reena’s Exploration Challenge #85

Resilient friend,

you are used,
abused, and
misused.
treated unfairly
Yet,
you never complain.
hiding many wounds
Doing your duties
silently
with a crying heart.
Does
ever enters
a thought in your mind
of vengeance,
teaching men
a lesson,
or,
your faith
that
they will understand
and mend their ways
makes
you bear everything
without
resistance.
I hope and wish
your patience pays
before
it’s
too late
before
they devastate themselves
by their indifference
and ignorance.
~Indira

About Indira

I knew all along that life is about, love, compassion, compatibility and friendship, but now I have discovered that life is also about sharing the thoughts, encouraging others and getting encouraged. So here I am with my blogs about life, friendship, love, and whatever life has taught me.

  1. The capping poem is beautiful! The latest viral video on a Delhi woman being made to apologize for making disparaging remarks on a young girl wearing a short dress, shows emerging feminism. At least, the elite and educated are taking ir no more. The awakening needs to spread further.

    It seems a good response.
