Fun it was to walk
On crunchy fallen dry leaves
Did they whisper, ouch!

Nice one. And why is it that everyone enjoys walking on crunchy dry leaves? It’s one of the joys of autumn. 🙂

I’ve had to reduce the mileage this last year. No more 10 miles; now I tend to struggle with anything over 6 or 7. But I still enjoy hills! Yea, I had 13 years of illness when I could hardly walk at all, so I’m enjoying it now. But you keep on walking, no matter how far you go. It’s so good for us.

Bravo! OMG! Do I read correct 10 km or miles and now 6,7miles. I am inspired. O dear I get tired waljing 2 km. Breathing problem and all. It’s so hot and humid here in Vizac, coastal city feel so dehydrated but no excuse I’ll increase.

10 miles. But 6 to 7 is my norm now. Just returned from 6 or so miles. It’s cold out there. So I complain of the cold, and you complain of the heat. I can’t handle heat. My system pulls the plug on me, I collapse. Lucky for me, UK’s not the hottest of places. I couldn’t cope in the conditions you say. No way.

We have minimum temp.28 that too in December and January. Coastal areas are hot n humid. In summar I couldn’t go out.., n allergic to AC. But I do yoga, breathing exer. And stretches. But sure it is horrible but can’t complain. We chose to settle down here looking at sea beauty. Now stuck up here.

Everywhere has its problems in some way or another. But the sea is a good compensation. I too live by the sea, it helps cool the summers and keep the worst of the frosts away in the winters

That’s true, dear. One can’t get everything. Now it’s a bit cool breeze here. Have a nice time.
