Reena’s Exploration Challenge #116- Figure Out/ उलझन
उलझन
सब उठाये फिरते अपने अपने दुखों का सलीब,
कौन साथ दे किसका, और कौन मरहम लगाए यहाँ।
कौन साथ दे किसका, और कौन मरहम लगाए यहाँ।
आंसुओं को अपनी आँखों में थामे रखना ,
कौन समझेगा तेरे आंसुओं का मोल यहाँ।
जो साथ आये रोने वो खुद भी कम ग़मगीन न थे
जो भी रोया साथ आपबीती पर रोया यहाँ
दुखड़े सुना सुना कर सबको परेशां न कर
दर्द खुद ही सहना होगा कोई बाँट नहीं सकता यहाँ
करोड़ों हड़प के भी मिटती नहीं है भूख उनकी
कौन तय करेगा भिखारी है कौन यहाँ
उठाते सूरज को तो सभी सलाम करते हैं
डूबते को माथा टेके है ये कौन नादान यहाँ
Sharing Thoughts 
English translation
each of us carries a cross
who’ll walk with you
who will console?
hold tears in your eyes
who will value
drops that roll?
those who cry with me
have suffered too
shed tears on their fate
life has taken its toll
don’t share your sorrow
there are no cross-bearers
carry it alone…
can you tell beggars from thieves
they extorted billions
are hungry for more…
worlds worship a rising Sun,
no fools here
bowing to dusk
for days of yore….

I used to write in Hindi long back – pen and paper. Now, I don’t have the Hindi writing software though Quora keeps asking us to join Quora Hindi. And not reading the language leads to poor quality writing.
