ghosts and witches
their means of scaring us
seem like child’s play
when we compare them
to the horror created by
mafias
their power
their impudence
their hold over systems
their confidence that they are above the law
that they can get
away after any crime
common people
terrified
terrorized
running from door to door
for justice
will they get any
or…well, why lose hope
one day truth may come out
