Ese’s Weekly Shoot & Quote Challenge – Ugly

” Just because someone isn’t your definition of beautiful, doesn’t
make them ugly.”

Unknown Quotes

Once you have started seeing the beauty of life,
ugliness starts disappearing.
If you start looking at life with joy,
sadness starts disappearing.
You cannot have heaven and hell together,
you can have only one.
It is your choice.- Osho

Daily Prompt: The Artist’s Eye

There is  a painting of a Tribal girl , to which I always feel drawn to. To any direction I go its smiling eyes will follow me,  as if saying happiness is just a state of mind, you don’t need money or  power to be happy. Her innocent face shows peace , calmness and inner glow which is face is very  bewitching. Perhaps its a gift from my brother that’s why I feel very much attached to it.

Orange is one of God’s favorite colors— He stuck it right there between red and yellow as the second color in the rainbow. He decorates entire forests with shades of orange every autumn. It shows up in sunrises at the start of the day, sunsets at the end of the day, and in the glow of the moon at the right time of night.

Prompts for the Promptless – Ep. 5 – Meraki

Prompts for the Promptless – Ep. 5 – Meraki
Meraki [may-rah-kee] This is a word that modern Greeks often use to describe doing something with soul, creativity, or love — when you put “something of yourself” into what you’re doing, whatever it may be.

I think whatever I do , I do with Meraki or I don’t do it. Be it cooking, sketching, writing , photography or any house hold work. I just didn’t know the exact word to describe it. Thanks to Rarasaur I have learnt a new word for it.

She has asked to write  List 5 things you always do with meraki, here are they-

1- I always say sorry and thank you with Meraki.

2- I love my family, friends and every one with Meraki and when I hate dishonesty, violence, lies etc ? yes,  that too with Meraki

3- I write my blog with Meraki.

4- I like, appreciate and comment on others post  sincerely, with Meraki.

5- I love life and have lived with Meraki and I’ll embrace death with Meraki. ( Wow sounds very romantic no?)

Any task we do not do with meraki lacks something, seems incomplete and lefts a taste of dissatisfaction in us. Whereas whatever you do with

soul, creativity, or love, will fulfill you with joy and satisfaction.

Now about sharing a picture that represents doing something with meraki, I can’t leave this oppertunity to showcase some of   of my drawings and  photography.
