AFTERMATH
Nine years old survivor recalls ‘ her house was bombed by a government warplane.’ She lost her leg, parents, siblings, and house and had to flee from her country with others to take shelter in another country.
Watching other children, playing in the park, enjoying swings, slides and running after butterflies as she used to do in her country, makes her cry.
When two countries fight for political or religious reasons, it is the children who suffer most. Those who witness their parents, friends, neighbors shot and killed, their childhood is lost. Life is never same again for them.
