Daily Prompt- Quote Me
Quote Me
Do you have a favorite quote that you return to again and again? What is it, and why does it move you?
Whenever I feel lonely I turn to OSHO. Mostly I read his books. They give me a solution to all my problems , peace and calmness. I love one of his quote immensely.
Loneliness is a negative state of mind. Aloneness is positive, notwithstanding what the dictionaries say. In dictionaries, loneliness and aloneness are synonymous — they are synonyms; in life they are not. Loneliness is a state of mind when you are constantly missing the other, aloneness is the state of mind when you are constantly delighted in yourself. Loneliness is miserable, aloneness is blissful. Loneliness is always worried, missing something, hankering for something, desiring for something; aloneness is a deep fulfillment, not going out, tremendously content, happy, celebrating. In loneliness you are off center, in aloneness you are centered and rooted. Aloneness is beautiful. It has an elegance around it, a grace, a climate of tremendous satisfaction. Loneliness is; beggarly; all around it there is begging and nothing else. It has no grace around it. In fact it is ugly. Loneliness is a dependence, aloneness is SHEER independence. One feels as if one is one’s whole world, one’s whole existence.

DAILY PROMPT -Worst Case Scenario
DAILY PROMPT
Worst Case Scenario
Of all the awful possibilities, what’s the worst possible thing that could happen to you today? Now, what about the best?
Frankly I didn’t like this prompt. So many depressing thoughts making me very nervous. At first I thought to skip it but then I thought, be brave and face it.
The worst possible thing could happen is the world comes to an end and I am left alone left to grieve over it. Actually I’m afraid of being left all alone. How life will be without friends, neighbors, relatives, your near and dear ones? I don’t want to even think of it.
The best thing is the hope that nothing such is going to happen, my fear is baseless at least it’s what I love to think.

silver line
The sky was gloomy,
Dark clouds hiding the full moon
No stars to follow direction,
No shore to be seen.
Loneliness added to the apprehension,
Helpless, hopeless, hapless
With no strength left
Unable to fight.
All hopes were gone
I resigned to fate.
Suddenly I saw a smiling face,
Mother’s face
Full of encouragement,
Inspiration and assurance
As if saying
“Do not worry my child
Be patient
do not lose hope,
Believe in God and pray,
Everything will be fine
As behind every cloud
There is a silver line.”
And I saw the moon
Emerging from the clouds

PURPOSE
I was so immersed in my thoughts of loneliness, of suffering, of suicidal thoughts, oblivious to the sea waves trying to engulf me that I didn’t notice the 14 years boy coming and sitting by me until he said,
‘ The world is so cruel to people like us neither male nor female, we are also a creation of God but no education, no employment, no one likes to give us even household jobs, either we have to dance at weddings or on childbirth or beg and without money you can’t survive so I have come here to drown myself in the sea like you.’
I looked at his misery-ridden face and suddenly an idea crossed my mind.
‘Why not come with me, I’ll adopt you, give you education and we will take care of each other.
‘Let’s go there is so much legal work to do.’
Holding hands we retreated, life has given us a purpose to survive.

Build Your Own– In this week’s build-your-own challenge, write a post that includes two key components that we’ve provided for you.
Writing 101, Day Seventeen: Your Personality on the Page
Writing 101, Day Seventeen: Your Personality on the Page
We all have anxieties, worries, and fears. What are you scared of? Address one of your worst fears.
Today’s twist: Write this post in a distinct style from your own.
What are you scared of?
Once upon a time, I was scared of everything
Darkness
Ghosts
Height
Flying
Traveling alone
Facing people, speaking in the crowd
Fighting
Mob
etc.etc.etc.
But nowadays I only fear of long life and of being left alone.
Don’t you know what you fear most, becomes true?
Is it? But how can you overcome it when you see all near and dear ones going one by one?
If all, with whom you shared your happiness and sorrows, with which you could relate share experiences are not there then what is the purpose long life?
The worst part is that there is no one to take care of and no one to take care of you.
It’s all in the mind. You may still be lonely when surrounded by lots of people or maybe a happy loner. Why not try to be creative? Learn to write, draw or listen to music?
It’s not easy. You can do everything till all your senses are working. What when Eyesight, hearing, weakens? Or your muscles lose strength? Or your body becomes weak?
You become a liability to yourself and this is my worst fear.
