Archaic attitude

Is still present in some cultures

Towards women, methinks

Strength

So you think you are a very wise woman

you let go of your children to  grow

you never interfered in their matters

you allowed them to fight their own battle

you made them tough and positive

you smile proudly at your achievements

But,

the moment you hear they are sick, suffering

all you want to do is to hug them, cuddle them

wrap your arms around them

to hide them from all evils

you don’t want them to suffer

you want to be there always to protect them

knowing well

you will not be there forever to look after them

how love makes one weak

Vices ,
easy to follow
but hard to get rid off
Goodness,
hard to follow
but easy to get rid off
Resolutions,
easy to make
but hard to follow
As old habits die-hard
and if they are real bad
They take more than good intentions
to get rid off

NO I’ll not eat it

Silence is golden- sometimes

Why it is that
foolish people are compared with donkey
and not with
cow, zebra, giraffe or monkey
methinks,
the answer is simple
as you may say
both don’t know
when to keep mum and when to bray.
( No offense intended for donkeys, they are lovely and hard-working. They are just stubborn, single-minded and will go to extreme lengths to get what they want, especially when someone indicates “No, you can’t have this. “)

Fury

O, Hunter! Beware of the fury

of a wounded tigress

if not treated with

love and care

and not given

what is due to her,

The revenge will be

all humanity will suffer

True love not cares for

Colour,caste and creed

God omnipresent

Resides in every creäture

Love and be with him

Rolling Stones

Rolling stones gather no moss .
But you can’t say,  that
they have no loss.

they get a sore ass.

Confused soul

When bad people prosper
And good people suffer
I can’t find a solution
I’m such a duffer

or good to be bad?
The search never ends,
And makes me flutter.

Dreams

The learned man said,
“The end of the  desire is the end of sorrow”
Methinks,
The end of the desire is the end of dreams,
The end of dreams is the end of life,
The end of life is the end of sorrow.
