I’m no expert in relaxation technic. I’m writing about what helped me to relax.
Relaxing does not come easily in a world full of tension, miseries, instability, diseases, etc, etc.
Our mind is made to worry and fight since survival of the fittest was the rule to survive.
Power, money, strength cannot make you worry-less till we learn to live in peace and harmony with understanding and friendship.
And that’s not going to happen till we become selfless, tolerant and respectful to each other and induce faith, belief, and acceptance in our lifestyle.
What to do till then? Worry our self to death?
Well, I nearly did that.
Then one day a little birdie told me,
‘ relax dear, there are some problems you can solve with little patience, hard work, and sincere effort, give them your 100 percent.
Some you can’t solve alone. Don’t shy away from taking help from friends and help them in return.
Still, there are some problems you can’t do anything about, agree to that and leave them to God and professionals.’
It was not easy.
One has to take sincere effort to relax by any means you like, music, deep breathing, yoga…anything to help to relax.
One has to practice it daily to make it a habit but don’t relax and take your mind for granted. The mind is a very stubborn fellow. Like a serpent, it will raise its head, by raising doubts. Don’t fight it.
Just go on practicing relaxation.
The day comes when you are ready to face problems with a calm mind.
Of course, you can’t do anything if someone drops a bomb on your head.
