Limerick Challenge Week 50: Goals
Of all the awful possibilities, what’s the worst possible thing that could happen to you today? Now, what about the best?
Frankly I didn’t like this prompt. So many depressing thoughts making me very nervous. At first I thought to skip it but then I thought, be brave and face it.
The worst possible thing could happen is the world comes to an end and I am left alone left to grieve over it. Actually I’m afraid of being left all alone. How life will be without friends, neighbors, relatives, your near and dear ones? I don’t want to even think of it.
The best thing is the hope that nothing such is going to happen, my fear is baseless at least it’s what I love to think.

A WORD A WEEK CHALLENGE -WORKER
“By and large, mothers and housewives are the only workers who do not have regular time off. They are the great vacation-less class.”

Prompts for the Promptless – Ep. 6 – Counterintuition
Counterintuitive is a seemingly simple concept– it represents a truth that is contrary to common sense or the expectations of intuition.
Some examples of counterintuitive situations: You burn calories when you’re sleeping, flailing around is exactly the wrong thing to do when drowning, and beautifully speckled dart frogs can be poisonous to the touch.
Now my take on it- I have come across so many counterintuitive phrases, it surprises me that even after being proved wrong they are still in use. Here is a list-
1- Practice makes a man perfect but nobody is perfect.
2- Men are more intelligent, powerful, entrepreneur, etc. etc. etc. than women, and we all know the truth.
3- Men are distracted by how a woman dresses, especially in some of the Asian countries they are forced to put veils, otherwise they are so pure and innocent.
4- Women are weaker sex whereas, everybody knows who needs all those medicines.
5- Crocodile’s tears, they are not at all unhappy while eating but shed tears.
6- People with different views or different species can not get along
There comes a stage or rather age in life
Where aspiration, expectations, and needs
All merge into each other and you aspire,
Expect and need a world,
Without hunger, poverty, and sickness
A world
Without boundaries, discrimination, and terrorism
A world full of
Love, compassion, and friendship
A world where religion is compatibility and respect for each other
A religion that embraces everyone with an open heart.
